SUMMER RENTAL only

Furnished artist's apartment, available June through August (2-3 months). Modern garden unit in the Bedford Historic District. Floor-through 1 bed, 1.5 bath. Large bedroom with large closet and a decorative fireplace. The main bathroom features a deep Toto soaking tub and Toto washlet. There is also a half bath for guests. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, and quartz counter tops. The living area features a wall of windows that opens into a private back yard and garden. Hardwood floors and designer lighting. Mitsubishi mini-splits provide AC in every room. Washer and dryer in the cellar. Apartment will come furnished with a bed, dining table, sofa, and television. WiFi included. House cleaning once a month included, no laundry service.

Access the A and C at Nostrand and the G at Bedford/Lafayette. Citi Bike 2 blocks away. A&A Doubles, Fan-Fan, Nostrand Cafe, BedVyne, Samurai Papa, Captain Dan's Good Time Tavern in the area.
