In 2025, an extensive renovation was completed by the architecture firm MADE, beautifully restoring the home's classical nuances while updating the home with brand new, design-driven finishes. The liberal use of color, particularly through tiling, creates specificity in each of the home's spaces, from the foyer to the bathrooms. At 25-feet-wide and with five levels of voluminous living, the home is sprawling and grand in stature. Enter the parlor, where one is greeted by 12' ceilings, checkered reclaimed marble floors in the foyer, and decorative mouldings throughout. In the mornings, the original and newly restored stained glass in the eastern windows enchants the great room, softly anointing the herringbone floors with color. Brand new landmark-approved Lepage double-hung windows preserve quiet and help maintain an ideal climate.
